All products are hand-carved, hand-painted, and high-temperature fired. The following minor variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted art, do not constitute quality defects, and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or compensation:

• Subtle variations in pattern, texture, and color resulting from natural Zisha clay and ceramic mineral materials;
• Minor dimensional deviations and subtle differences in shape caused by hand carving;
• Slight color differences caused by hand coloring, high-temperature firing, photographic lighting, or differences between device screens;
• Natural hand-polishing marks, firing textures, and subtle traces of craftsmanship.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Our products use environmentally responsible natural materials, including natural Yixing Zisha clay and raw-mineral ceramics from Jingdezhen. Over time, natural materials may undergo slight discoloration, develop a patina, or show color aging through display, use, or oxidation. These are normal material characteristics and do not constitute product quality defects. Damage caused by improper storage, harsh cleaning, impact, soaking in water, or unauthorized maintenance is not covered by our after-sales service.
