RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, this consumable product must remain unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or partially consumed gummies cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Before returning an item, email Cc20180211@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an item for personal reasons. We will cover the applicable return shipping cost when the return results from a verified product-quality issue, shipping error or transit damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and include clear photographs or a complete unboxing video. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
